Who has got time to go to the gym? Certainly not me. So one afternoon when Lauren was taking a nap, I stumbled upon this video: Victoria Secret Model's Workout: 10 Minutes Fat-Blasting Circuit. VC Models workout? I'm half sold. 10 minutes only? Let's see how hard this is.
Needless to say, I was skeptical. I played the video and the movement looked pretty simple. Sure, I can handle that! So I restarted the video and got on my feet. Soon I was huffing and puffing away. I am still catching on my breath as I post this:
I'm planning to do this at least twice a week. Let's see if I can keep this up.
