One thing about motherhood is that time passes in a flash. I meant to post this last month but my photo culling process took too long, it is already March. So most events happened back in Feb and I also added a few that happened just today. Kids grow up so quickly, they change everyday. I’m always playing catch up in noting down their milestones.. or the lack of it.

Lauren is calling all princesses, “Anna” So clearly we know who her favourite is. Except for Sofia. She knows Sofia. Update in March: She now knows Ariel, No-white, and Seen-the-lala.

Upon waking up in the morning and after her afternoon nap, Lauren says, “I want to see Georgia.” and wanders into Georgia’s room. She has also been kissing Georgia on the forehead – A LOT.
Lauren is currently into All About That Bass. Before you start judging me for letting her listen to such a song, she found it on Youtube by herself. Well, yes I should have monitored what she watches, but she doesn’t really understand what it means. Which it makes it ok, in my book. Anyway, besides the chorus, her favourite bit is “My momma tells me don’t worry about your size”..singing it loud and proud, complete with hands and hips movement. Damn right girl, don’t you worry about your future lack of bass, which is imminent, given your momma hasn’t got much to show either.

Another favourite is Shake It Off by Taylor Swift. Honestly I enjoy it too. I mean one can only take so many replays of Wheels On The Bus.

Lauren currently loves swimming (or sitting in the tub at home would do too), going out (anywhere, as long as we are out of the house. Her nightly routine before bed is taking out the garbage ), the playground, and still very much into surprise eggs. What’s with kids and Kinder Bueno surprise eggs?

Lauren now says thank you and please, without being prompted. Except when she says ‘No’. She goes, “No, I don’t want” – very firmly. We are still working on that.

Pictured above with my godfather. Anyone who has met Lauren knows that she is very shy around stranger and people she rarely meets. Somehow she got acquainted rather quickly with him. Well, he bribed her with a massive box of Ferrero Rocher and a huge angpow. Smart girl, this one.

My little helper. Lauren insisted on pulling my luggage for me at the airport, to and back from KL.

Georgia started crawling as soon as she hits 7 months, albeit wobbly, but she is moving alright. She laughs easily.. especially at my fake sneezing.

My friendly Georgia starts recognising people and becomes choosy on who’s holding her. Hmm.. no more passing her around the table when we are having dinner with friends.

She is at the ‘everything goes into mouth’ stage. She has 2 bottom teeth and the top 2 is cutting through now.

Georgia started her infant swimming class too. We have only been twice (because she has running nose for 2 weeks), but she is very calm and kicks easily in the water.
Well, thanks for putting up with me and read to the end of the post. Now hit me with the latest of your kids. I love to read them all!
PS: Our trip to Legoland Waterpark.
