We Went To Amazonia Indoor Playground + Tickets Giveaway!
According to Singapore Health Promotion Board, kids below 7 years old, should get up to 3 hours of moderate to vigorous physical activity in a day. 3 hours!! Can you imagine taking them out in the sun for 3 hours? So as much as I’d like my kids to have fresh air and all, indoor playgrounds are the best option in our hot and humid weather.
And that brought us to AMAZONIA – Singapore’s first fully themed and integrated Family Entertainment Centre. In other words, somewhere my kids could run, jump, climb and slide to their heart content, in a safe environment. And comfort for their dear mummy.
Toddler Play Area
Pretty sure all the children pictured above are above 3 years old. It shows that there’s fun to be had?
An indoor playground isn’t complete without a ball pit and AMAZONIA doesn’t disappoint. It has 3 in total. The one at the Toddler Play area is filled with enough balls to bury the kids if you’re so inclined.
Indoor play is fun-filled yet educational. While we, the parents, can finally sit down for more than a few minutes, the kids get creative, solve problems and act out scenarios.
Just like how Lauren built a wall to keep her baby brother out. Or rather, locked herself in.
Multi Level Jungle Play Gym
The 8 meters high slide where I screamed all the way down.
The Amazon themed jungle gym is one of the biggest I’ve seen in Singapore. It’s soft-padded and I was happy to lose my kids in the maze of suspension bridges, tunnels, ball pit, trampoline and slides for hours.
“You trespassed my toddler area, I trespass your ball pit”, said (think!) Will.
He who invade and conquer.
My kids are wusses and refused to get into the dark but I think the Glow In The Dark 3D Golf and Space Ball rooms are pretty neat too.

Would really love to spend quality time with my daughter and hubby at this indoor playground. My daughter has not been well for the past few weeks. Her on and off viral fever and flu had some how gave her phobia of taking medication now. She misses having fun outside of home. It would be a great treat for her to be able to have fun again. Besides, it will be a good place for us to bond as a family, spend quality time and “sweat it out” together 🙂
